In memory of Erik Edge, we are living our dash, doing hard things, and letting kindness flow.
Our Story
Video thoughtfully created by Swell Lab
On June 24, 2024, our lives changed forever when we lost our sweet sunshine boy, Erik, unexpectedly during a routine wisdom teeth surgery.
To honor his spirit, we created Erik’s Legacy of Kindness, a movement to continue the work he cared so deeply about. With the support of family, friends, and our “Edge Army,” we’ve already raised over $85,000 to fund wells and clean water projects in Honduras, South Asia, and beyond, impacting thousands of lives.
But we’re not stopping there. Our goal is to place new wells and add submersible pumps to existing wells in Central America, ensuring even more communities have reliable, safe water. Every dollar goes directly to water projects through Living Water International.
We’d love for you to join us in carrying Erik’s light forward.
Our Mission
We’re partnering with Living Water International to bring sustainable, life-changing clean water solutions to communities in need. Living Water works directly with local leaders and churches to:
Drill and maintain hand pump wells
Provide sanitation and hygiene training
Equip communities to care for their wells long-term
-
At just 14 years old, Erik traveled to Las Peñitas, Honduras with his dad, Mark, to help Living Water International drill a well. That trip changed him and sparked a lasting passion for service.
When we lost Erik unexpectedly two years ago, we knew instantly that continuing this work would be the most meaningful way to honor his life.

With the support of family, friends, and our growing Edge Army, we have:
Raised over $85,000 in the last two years
Funded a well in South Asia, giving 5,000+ people clean water
Returned to Las Peñitas, Honduras to stand where Erik once stood, meet the children he played with, and touch the water from the well he helped drill
Placed an additional well in the village of Alta Mira, Honduras
