Erik’s 17 years were filled with adventure and joy.

He carried a playful spirit and a gentle heart,

always making sure people were seen, loved, and cared for.

And there is no website page that could ever radiate the light that this boy was. But here are a few things we’d like you to know…

  • He was quirky and silly

  • He hated cheese and loved bologna sandwhiches

  • He loved his family more than anything

  • He called his Mama “Mother Dearest” when he was aggravated with her

  • He would never let someone sit alone

  • He loved driving around listening to Koe Wetzel

  • He loved adventures and didn’t fear anything

  • His favorite spot was on Mama's lap getting a back scratch at the end of the day

  • He woke up HAPPY every single day of his life

….and our life won’t ever be the same without him. But we’re figuring it out together.

Our trip to Honduras over the first anniversary of Erik’s passing. We have upgraded the well in Las Peñitas (the well Erik installed) and put a new well in the nearby village of Alta Mira.

None of this would have be possible without your support. Thank you for keeping Erik’s light shining.
